Condos - $335
+ HST up to 2500 sq. ft.
Additional Square
Footage - $55 + HST for every additional 500 sq. ft.
Additional Suites
- $75 + HST per unit
Buildings built
earlier than 1970 - $65 + HST additional fee
All rates are plus 12% HST.
Attached/ Detached carports and garages included for Houses, Townhomes, and
Mobile Home inspections.
Outbuildings, mileage and age of the dwelling may require additional fees.
All inspections are a minimum of 3-4 hours in duration, plus 30-60 minutes
for the inspection walk-through (valuable time for us to discuss the inspection
findings, and answer all of your questions.)
